3rd Grade Classes at EMES are using a site called Storybird to create short art-inspired stories. Students have been working independently, but are now beginning to use this site to collaboratively write stories. Here are some Storybirds written by our students. Please note that students are writing under pseudonyms (each child was assigned a username that came from an author or book in our library). The tool is free for us to use and the company has been really helpful in answering questions via email. If families wish to have a hard copy of a Storybird it is possible to purchase a published book version of these stories from Storybird.
